Thank you to both our parents and community members for taking our Community Survey!
Eighty-five (85) percent of the respondents gave us an ‘A’ or ‘B’ when grading the quality of education at Kenowa Hills. While we are proud of the support and affirmation, we are not satisfied with knowing 13% of respondents graded us a ‘C’ and 2% a ‘D’ or ‘E’. You can bet we are reviewing the comments for themes that will guide our improvement efforts.
The survey responses also made it very clear ‘Student and Staff Safety’ and ‘Educational Programming’ are very important with respect to keeping our district competitive with neighboring districts (87% and 86% respectively). Furthermore, over 80% of respondents rated additional safety and security as being extremely important or very important as we look to the future. Over 75% indicated increase access to technology for our students as being extremely important or very important.
