Happy Friday Zinser Families,
It was a busy week at Zinser with conferences. Thank you to everyone who donated food for the teachers during those long evenings—we truly appreciate your support and loved the opportunity to connect with you.
The carnival is just around the corner and will be another fun evening for Zinser families! We could still use some 2-liter bottles of pop and prepackaged desserts for carnival games. If you’re able to bring some in on Monday, please email mdevereaux@khps.org.
Also, many people have asked about fish at the carnival. There will be no fish, but there will be LOTS of fun!
Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Friday Zinser Families,
As we wrap up Paint Kenowa Green Month, we want to thank our students, staff, and families for embracing our focus on mental health throughout February. Together, we participated in meaningful lessons, yoga sessions, creative projects, and even a school-wide Fun Run — all centered on supporting the well-being of our school community. While February may be coming to an end, our commitment to mental health continues every day. Supporting the social-emotional well-being of our students and staff remains a priority all year long.
If you or someone you know needs additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help.
As we turn the calendar to March, we are excited to celebrate Reading Month across the district! A reading calendar will be coming home soon, filled with simple and fun ideas to help promote reading at home. We look forward to partnering with you to foster a love of reading and literacy in our students. Thank you for your continued support in making our school community a positive, healthy, and engaging place to learn and grow.
Also, if you have not yet completed the School Improvement Survey, we kindly ask that you do so in the next few days as the window is closing. Your feedback is incredibly important as we work to make Zinser the best it can be for everyone.
Thank you again for your continued partnership. Have a great weekend!
