Dear Central Families,

Just another reminder that drop off in the morning starts at 8:30 am. Since there is no adult supervision until 8:30 am students may not come out of cars or off busses before that time. Thank you for your help in this matter.

A thousand thank you's for the continued donations, kind words and pizza! It means a lot to us.

We hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Dear Central Families,

We cannot express enough how much we appreciate all the families who brought fans and water last week! In addition, today our PTO bought KONA ice for every Central student and staff member! We feel refreshed by your kindness and very well taken care of. You made these hot days so much more bearable.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Hello KH Central Elementary Families!

We are off to a red hot start to the school year. Our students have been amazing and I loved hearing all of their excitement. I could not be prouder of our students!

By now, you should have received communications from your child’s teacher, so I will keep this short and all about parking after wrapping up our first “snow day” allowance, lol.

How the Pick-Up Line Works:

Teachers will bring students to the very front of the car line. They can start walking back if the parents are not in the front of the line. After that, the teachers bring the remaining students back to the very front of the line (we are working on that still.)

When all lanes are stopped, we let students cross between cars to load. When cars are loaded, staff will signal that they can start slowly moving forward. We ask that parents pull up as far as possible and over to the right. Some parents don't like to do that because they feel like they are "cutting". Don't worry, as long as you are moving cautiously, we want you to move to the front and to the right. This is where the teachers stand, waiting with your children.

When you are leaving after drop-off, you may use both lanes to turn right. If you use the middle lane to turn right, you must turn into the far (passing) lane. Please use your signal to indicate which way you are turning.

Parking on Nolan:

Please be mindful of our neighbors. The Nolan curb is a “No Parking Zone.” Our neighbors have been very kind to us. Please do not park on Nolan.

Thank you for your continued support. We have some amazing families out there. I find my happiness where the Central Sun Shines!!

Go Knights! Central SHINES!!

Our Personal Mastery educational experience has redefined education and has gained attention around the state and nation. Personal Mastery provides your child with personalized attention from teachers. Instead of teaching to a broad group of students without understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses, Personal Mastery allows teachers to interact with students individually or in small groups to help them better address their weaknesses. In this way, we strive to help your child reach their full potential.
