The meeting was called to order by Pat Garvin at 6:30 p.m.

Secretary’s Report
The minutes were read from the April meeting and approved.
Treasurer’s Report
The budget was read from the April meeting and approved.
Athletic Director’s Report
• Discussed purchase and usage of MHSAA.tv for next school year. Would allow anyone to watch any sporting event held at KHHS. Will discuss further next school year.
Concessions
• Will be main topic of August 2010 meeting
FORD Motor (Cruise for kids)
• This Saturday, May 15th from 9 - 3. People can come anytime.
Outback Steakhouse Banquet & Scholarships
• Senior Banquet will be held on May 20th @ 6:30 pm.
• Scholarships Applications Due May 25th, will be awarded at Spring Sports banquet.
Spring Sports Banquet
• Will be held June 3rd @ 6:30 pm
