Secretary’s Report
The minutes were read from the November meeting and approved.
Treasurer’s Report
The budget was read from the November meeting and approved.
Athletic Director’s Report
• Requested donation to send group to a “Women in Sports Leadership” conference. Would be 12 students and 4 coaches. Questions regarding who will attend. Will discuss further at next meeting.
Concessions
• Looking for ways to get more parents involved with staffing the concession stand. Several ideas are being considered.
Get-Away Weekend
• Early registration drawing deadline tomorrow. Helped with getting over 120 tickets paid for earlier than previous years.
• Still looking for donations for prizes. Letters will go out to previous donors after the first of the year.
